Uses: Has been used by the Chinese, Tibetans and Indians for about six thousand years. Widely used in cooking, making tea and also traditional medicine.
Claims: Wolfberry are rich in vitamin C, vitamin B2, vitamin A, iron, selenium and other antioxidants (notably polysaccharides). Can supposedly protect against heart diseases and cancer while boosting immunity and brain activity.
